Connection Issues

Acceler8 app works only online. When registering a customer, you need to be in a wifi area. During the test ride process, you may use Acceler8 using your cellular data or wifi. Please make sure the cellular data button is turned to the on position in your general settings feature of your device. You may need to sync your customer's data if you are on cellular data once you return back to a wifi area. This is simple, just click the sync button if it pops up on your app screen.

If you close the Acceler8 app you will need to login each time. This protects your customer’s data and keeps it confidential. If you are working with multiple customers in succession, you may keep your app open to ensure an efficient test ride experience.
